About us

RomeConcerts is a cultural association promoting classical music in Rome, Italian opera heritage, and Romantic piano.
It was founded by Alessandro Fantini (tenor) and Giovanni Velluti (pianist), two musicians in Rome who dreamed of bringing quality concerts of Italian music to Rome's center.

RomeConcerts holds weekly concerts featuring opera arias, duets, and romantic piano classics, including works such as “La donna è mobile” from Verdi's Rigoletto, “Vissi d'arte” from Puccini's Tosca, selections from the Neapolitan songbook such as “O sole mio”, and Chopin's “Heroic” polonaise.

Internationally-acclaimed musicians will guide your experience of the music with commentary and anecdotes in English. After the concert, you will enjoy a light aperitivo of snacks and sparkling wine with the artists.

The concerts are held at the Methodist Church at Piazza di Ponte Sant'Angelo, a warm and intimate hall just steps from the Castel Sant'Angelo. VIEW MAP
