RomeConcerts is a cultural association promoting classical music in Rome, particularly the Italian musical heritage and its influences on romantic piano.
In our “CONCERTI AL CENTRO DI ROMA” the audience will meet the artists, enjoy prosecco, red wine, and a delicious Italian buffet (vegetarian-friendly) prepared by the esteemed Roman restaurant “Da Pietro al Pantheon”.
During the concert, you will hear some of the world's most famous pieces of the Italian lyric opera tradition, as well as unforgettable classics from the romantic piano repertoire.
Internationally-acclaimed musicians will guide your experience by introducing the opera arias, duets, and piano pieces with comments and anecdotes in English.
The 2017 season of RomeConcerts will begin on Friday 10 March and will end on Friday 3 November.

You’ll hear some of the greatest Italian opera arias, including Giuseppe Verdi's “La donna è mobile” from Rigoletto and “Sempre libera” from La Traviata, Giacomo Puccini's “E lucevan le stelle” and “Vissi d'arte” from Tosca, and the legendary “Nessun dorma” from Turandot!
Experience the operatic repertoire for soprano and tenor, including the famous Brindisi from La Traviata by Giuseppe Verdi as well as love duets from Puccini’s Madama Butterfly and Donizetti’s The Elixir of Love and Lucia di Lammermoor.
Enjoy romantic piano compositions par excellence with some of their most famous pieces: selections from Frederic Chopin's Nocturnes and Polonaises, as well as Franz Liszt's great opera paraphrases and Liebesträume
Encores include classic Neapolitan and Italian songs, as Torna a Surriento, Core 'ngrato, Rossini's Tarantella, Non ti scordar di me, Mattinata, Musica proibita and much more!
